Pipe flange spinning has a number of advantages – the most important of them is the short cycle time of operations, which reduces the cost related to its duration. Additionally, we should mention the possibility to reduce the number of welds in the structure, thus avoiding unfavourable heat impact within the welded connection. Spinning machine Tec T-Drill F-400 ensures treatment of pipes with a wide range of diameters – from 60.3 to 273 mm. The only technological restriction in this process is the minimum length of double-flanged spigot after flanging, which amounts from 150 to 285 mm (depending on the diameter).
