Water treatment technologies developed at Instalcompact are used for preparing drinking water, but not only for that – we also manufacture devices for treating water for industrial needs. Our Engineers develop individual solutions on the basis of technological tests of water and adjust solutions to Customer needs, ensuring access to running drinking water, or in the case of advanced water treatment technologies – e.g. production of pharmaceuticals. In each case, this means improvement of water quality.
Instalcompact Water Treatment Plants are fully automatic sets of devices connected into integrated entities. Thanks to the microprocessor controller emsydia®, which controls the functioning of all devices, the water treatment plant does not require constant operation, but only maintenance.
Aeration and filtration units selected by our Engineers, technological containers and pipelines, as well as disinfection system and hydrophore units, which constitute the Instalcompact water treatment plant, ensure correct functioning of all stages of treatment process: aeration, filtration and disinfection.
The structure consisting of several separate pipelines in a filtration unit allows for separating technological processes and prevents mixing of water. Instalcompact water treatment plants are prefabricated in our production hall, which significantly accelerates assembly at the place of destination. This also means a high quality of execution of particular components, in accordance with the highest manufacturing standards. The materials used by us, such as stainless steel, guarantee an extended period of usage and reduced operating costs.
Piping made of acid-proof steel, executed with the application of bending, neck drawing and flange spinning technologies, while limiting the number of welded connections at the same time, reduces the risk of corrosion.
The basic water treatment technology includes pressure or open aeration, filtration, disinfection, retention of treated water in the container and pumping it to the water supply network. Whether filtration will be one-stage, two-stage or three-stage, depends on the contamination level of underground water – we determine it at the stage of designing the water treatment plant, individually for each Customer.
We have experience in modernising the existing treatment plants, but also in the execution of complete structures: from selecting devices and design, through production of technological systems, to construction of fully equipped technological buildings. The investment projects implemented within the framework of General Contractor Works include modernisation of deep water wells, rinsate clarifiers, pounds, storage reservoirs, technological buildings (traditional or modular), as well as landscape architecture.
Modular development provides user with the possibility of connecting and commissioning a water treatment plant, or advanced treatment technologies within only a couple of days from the moment of delivery, which is highly time-saving. This also allows for commissioning SUW (water treatment plan) or ZTUW (water treatment technology plant) on a small area. It is also possible to move the system into a new location.
SyDiaView – visualisation of operation of particular station subassemblies and measurement of key operating parameters through the Internet, allows for controlling the treatment process not only from behind the desk, but also from any device equipped with Internet browser. SyDiaNet system facilitates complex management of the entire system of water supply and sewage device located in the territory of the commune connected to the system.
Thanks to SyDiaView visualisation, users can watch operation of a water treatment plant on an ongoing basis, search through historical charts and control its functioning. Alarm messages appear on the browser screen and can be sent by SMS to user telephones. Additionally, the customer station will remain under the care of Monitoring and Visualisation Dispatch Centre, which provides remote support and enables early diagnosis and prevention of serious failures.
